Hint:

For licensing GeoDAta eXchange with a local dongle you need to install the DHI-WASY license manager NetLM (NetLM software and patches).

Hints

The patch provided here is an *.exe program file. It can be executed from an arbitrary directory. A previous installation of the GeoDAta eXchange 3.1 is necessary.
